Flowertruck premier new video and announce co-headline tour with Major Leagues

Two of the country’s most exciting and budding purveyors of garage-pop are set to unite in May as Flowertruck and Major Leagues prepare to embark on a co-headline tour to bridge the gap between Australia’s east coast capital cities. Having just finished a tour in support of their debut EP, ‘Dirt’, Sydney four-piece Flowertruck are set to release their debut full-length album in 2016. Drawing influences from the likes of Talking Heads, The Smiths and The Go-Betweens, their honest melodies and songwriting is catchy and moving. Flowertruck’s massively successful first release “I Wanna Be With You” won them FBI’s Unsigned Artist of the Week and Rage’s Indie of the Week.

Before the band set off on tour, Flowertruck have unveiled a video for their new single “Tourmaline”, which has been filmed by The Creases frontman Joe Agius and premiered on The Music.
