Following the release of their ‘Catastrophe‘ video, Yumi Zouma now share new single.

Lush and endearing, ‘Song for Zoe & Gwen’ is one of the few Yumi songs that started before the band ever released music in a public way, but was completed after their debut EP was unveiled last year. Zoe, the track’s protagonist, was Charlie Ryder’s (from Yumi Zouma) date to the 7th form ball. ‘Song For Zoe & Gwen’ is taken from Yumi Zouma’s forthcoming EP II, out now via Cascine. The single reached #1 on the Hype Machine chart overnight, adding to the buzz that has been circulating Yumi Zouma this past year. The group showcased their new EP at a number of SXSW showcases. Stay tuned for local tour plans.
